Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy

Lead and manage all departments including sales, operations, and marketing

Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals

Set annual budgets, forecasts, and performance targets

Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
Sales & Revenue Management

Oversee sales performance, agent productivity, and commission structures

Drive lead generation strategies and conversion optimization

Ensure high-quality client experience and retention

Support major negotiations, partnerships, and key accounts
Operations & Compliance

Ensure smooth daily operations across listings, transactions, and closings

Maintain compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies

Establish and enforce SOPs, internal controls, and reporting systems

Oversee CRM systems, data integrity, and operational KPIs
People & Culture

Recruit, train, manage, and retain top-performing agents and staff

Build a performance-driven, ethical, and collaborative culture

Conduct performance reviews and manage incentives and accountability

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in real estate

Strong leadership and decision-making skills
